This year’s inaugural theme, “Out of This World,” challenges builders to look toward the stars. Expect massive sci-fi dioramas, intricate deep-space engineering, and storytelling that pushes the boundaries of what a single brick can do.

The Master Gallery: A sprawling exhibit of fan-built masterpieces from the top LEGO User Groups (LUGs) in the country.

STEM in Motion: Live robotics demonstrations and engineering-focused displays that bring physics to life.
The Artist Alley: Independent LEGO artists showcasing custom pieces, and brick-based fine art.

Brick Blast Returns "Home": A Reimagined LEGO® Fan Experience Debuts in Santa Clara
SANTA CLARA, CA — The Bay Area’s LEGO® legacy is getting a new chapter. On August 22, 2026, Brick Blast will make its official debut at the Santa Clara Convention Center, reclaiming the historic halls that once hosted the region’s largest brick gatherings.
Organized by Jared and Samantha of The Brick Team, Brick Blast is a bridge between the deep roots of the Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) community and the curious, creative energy of the next generation of builders.
"LEGO has always been about more than just blocks; it’s about the stories we tell with them," says co-organizer Jared Gella. "We wanted to create a space that honors the AFOL traditions of the past while opening the doors wider than ever for families and first-time creators."
