5:00 PM - Free pizza for exhibitors

5:30 PM - Raffle prizes for exhibitors

10:00 PM - Set up time ends

AUGUST 22ND - PUBLIC SHOW DAY:

7:00AM - Last minute set up hour

9:00 AM - Public enters

4:30 PM - Public hours end

5:00 PM - Clean up starts
